Cameron Crowner of Epsteen & Associates Awarded Significant Leasing Assignments

Cameron Crowner of Epsteen & Associates executed a Listing Agreement with Columbus, Ohio-based Schottenstein Property Group, Inc. (www.spgroup.com) to lease The Orchard, a 281,543 square foot shopping center at El Toro Road and Rockfield Boulevard in Lake Forest, California. Homegoods, Ralphs and Staples anchor the center. Schottenstein Property Group, Inc. is an owner, operator, acquirer and redeveloper of shopping centers in the United States’ major metropolitan areas, owning interest in more than 156 properties (totaling over 21 million square feet) in 27 states.

Cameron will also lease The Shoppes at Chino Hills, a 375,000 square foot open-air shopping center, anchored by Barnes & Noble, Yard House, XXI Forever, and Trader Joes. The Shoppes is at the Northwest quadrant of State Route 71 (Chino Valley Freeway) and Grand Drive in Chino Hills, California. Epsteen & Associates executed The Shoppes’ Listing Agreement with owner Orange County-based Chino Hills Mall, LLC., who purchased the shopping center in 2010.
