Site requirements also include:
- Near health-conscious retailers like Whole Foods, Sprouts, or Trader Joe’s and other high-end, non-food related retail.
- Extremely good visibility and accessibility are essential.
- Free-standing buildings are preferred; if not, the location should be on a visible corner.
This fast-casual concept is redefining healthy dining with a menu free of seed oils, refined sugars, and gluten—bringing globally inspired flavors, sustainability, and nourishing meals to busy lifestyles.
