With existing locations in Tustin and Victoria Gardens, Seven Grams is seeking additional sites in Los Angeles County and Orange County. They are seeking sites that are approximately 3,000 SF +/- with patio space in shopping centers and active retail areas. Second generation restaurant spaces are preferred.
Seven Grams is not your average restaurant. They offer a unique dining experience and a variety of Chinese dishes with a focus on their house special XLB (xiao long bao), a juicy soup filled dumpling bursting with flavor inside.
