Aubrey Hinkson

Aubrey specializes in retail leasing and tenant representation at Epsteen and Associates, where she has honed her expertise through extensive hands-on experience. Over the past year, she has thoroughly analyzed more than 3,000 shopping centers across 260 cities in Southern California, dedicating over 1,000 hours to market research. This deep dive into the retail landscape has equipped her with a refined ability to pinpoint prime locations and understand market dynamics.

Before transitioning to real estate, she managed relationships with over 200 brands and sourced emerging brands to launch on Gwyneth Paltrow’s wellness brand “goop.” This role sharpened her ability to spot trends and develop an eye for aesthetics, skills that are invaluable in identifying the best retail opportunities.

She holds a dual degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, where she was active in entrepreneurial activities and a sorority. Her global perspective was further enriched by a study abroad experience in Barcelona, Spain.
