Throughout his career, Austin has successfully negotiated over 85 ground lease, build-to-suit, and building lease transactions, with a combined transaction value of over $155 million across five counties in Southern California. His diverse client portfolio includes prominent names such as Starbucks Coffee, Quick Quack Car Wash, Visionworks, and Staples. Additionally, he has represented franchise-driven concepts like Urban Air, Great Clips, and The Little Gym. Austin also has extensive experience working with both institutional and family-owned Landlords, including Public Storage and Aldi, assisting them in securing high-quality tenants for over 150,000 square feet of retail space.
Austin earned his degree in Business Management with honors from California Lutheran University in 2019, where he also played collegiate basketball. His leadership and academic achievements were recognized with awards such as CLU's Scholar Athlete of the Year and Ventura County’s Athlete of the Year. Prior to joining E&A, Austin pursued a professional basketball career in France. Outside of work, he remains active in competitive basketball through Pro-Am leagues in Southern California, and enjoys golfing, working out, and spending time at the beach with his wife.
