With over 35 years of brokerage experience, Cameron specializes in retail leasing and sales, with over 2.5 million of GLA represented in the greater LA and Orange County markets. His landlord clients include institutional owners such as Schottenstein Property Group & Public Storage, as well as locally based family-office property owners.
Cameron’s work experience encompasses ground-up development, 2nd generation leasing, land sales and Build-to-Suit transactions with retail anchors to mom & pop shops located in shopping centers or street fronting retail.
Unique assignments include re-purposing industrial buildings in LA’s Arts District to selling land for affordable housing in the Skid Row area of downtown LA. Cameron conducts advisory services with Armstrong Garden Centers to procure land sites throughout So Cal.
