Susan Baird

An East Coast transplant Susan joined Epsteen & Associates in 1999. As Executive Manager for the Southern California office her main areas of responsibility include management of GIS, Marketing and Research, and IT Services.

After graduating from Northwestern University, Susan worked in Human Resources at the Whitney Museum, JP Morgan, AIG and in then in Marketing at Petersen Publishing. As a long time DTLA resident, Susan enjoys all the LA urban lifestyle offers and avoids her car on the weekends if she can!
