About Jack
A Los Angeles native, Jack was born and raised in Manhattan Beach and has been with Epsteen for 5+ years. His portfolio includes representing notable landlords - Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, GID, Haagen Company, Sage Investco, Mark Leevan Investment Company and NSB Inc. and representing multiple national Tenants including Starbucks Coffee, Topgolf, Cardenas Markets, Mixt Greens and Visionworks. Currently Jack is working on a multitude of commercial listings in Los Angeles County and specializes in finding the newest and most active Tenants in the market. With over 85,000 SF of available space for Lease, Jack is actively leasing and adding to his Landlord representation portfolio as well as representing new and exciting Tenants entering the Southern California real estate market.
He is a very passionate outdoorsman who enjoys surfing, hiking and rock climbing as well as a hardworking, driven individual who is always looking to challenge himself and gain more experience in the real estate business.
