Over her career, she has successfully completed more than 1,000 transactions valued at over $2 billion, partnering with notable clients such as Topgolf, Michaels, Starbucks, Blink (Equinox), Visionworks, Dollar General, Darden Restaurant Group, The Habit, and Luna Grill.
As the founder of the ChainLinks Women’s Division and its impactful Mentorship Program, Lee Ann has played a pivotal role in fostering community and support within the largest retail-only network in the country. An active member of ICSC, she served as Chairman of the 2020 ICSC Long Beach Idea Exchange. Her dedication to empowering women extends to her work as a Mentor for WoMentoring in Los Angeles, where she helps women build skills, confidence, and valuable networks.
