Lucas has been a part of Epsteen & Associates for over six years, where he specializes in both tenant and landlord representation across Southern California. A Los Angeles native, Lucas represents a broad roster of regional and national tenants in the restaurant, apparel, and service sectors, advising on site selection, market strategy, and lease negotiations to secure high-performing locations in competitive trade areas. In addition to tenant representation, he partners with landlords to curate and execute strategic merchandising plans, identifying and securing the optimal tenant mix to drive traffic, enhance co-tenancy synergy, and maximize asset value.

Previously a student-athlete at the University of Southern California, Lucas earned his degree in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business. His disciplined work ethic, growth-oriented mindset, and relentless drive enable him to consistently uncover and structure compelling retail opportunities for his clients.
