I've worked closely with many national retailers over the past fourteen years to help them expand throughout Southern California. Clients ranging from bigger-box retailers like ALDI, Petco, Michaels Arts & Crafts, and Tuesday Morning to drive-thru and quick-serve restaurants In-N-Out, Starbucks, Jimmy John’s and Rubio’s. I specialize in strategic market roll-outs and have helped the rapid expansion into the Southern California market for ALDI, Jimmy John’s, MOD Pizza, and Toronto based freshii. I've represented clients on purchase, lease, and ground-lease transactions and along the way I've formed hundreds of landlord relationships throughout Southern California.
In addition to tenant work, I have also provided landlord services to some of the most active and successful retail developers and landlords in Southern California. I currently represent over 500,000 SF of GLA in both new and existing retail properties in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties.
